Lunchback Premium provides you a AI based virtual assistant called "Magic" which helps you to grow your professional network each week. The idea is that we’ll try to connect you with the people you should meet and set up the lunch for you. All you have to do is say Yes at beginning of each week. The professional match maker will find you the right match based on your professional goals and then learn from your feedback and rating on these matches.
Here is how it works :
Each Sunday, Magic will send an notification to ask you if you are available that week.
On Tuesday, you will be notified who your match is
On Thursday, you'll have lunch, meet the person, and then fill in a short feedback form so we know how well we did with the match.

Not at all! We will check in with you at the start of each week. If you cannot make it that week, simply let us know and we won’t schedule a meeting for you. But you could always get the connection delivered to you then reschedule the meeting at your own convenience.
We kindly ask that you only say you’re available if you can actually make the meeting. We know that sometimes scheduling can be tough, but it’s important to remember that canceling your meeting after saying you are available creates a bad experience for your match.
2. Do you tell me who I will be meeting beforehand to make sure I want to meet them?
Unfortunately not. Our system is designed to optimize for convenience, rather than choice. Balancing both of these is a tricky problem as you might imagine. On average, our members rate their matches a 4.8 out of 5 in terms of value and satisfaction so trust us that we do everything we can to make sure you’re making quality connections.
3. What can I do to ensure the quality of the match ?
The matching algorithm is checking your professional history and your professional goals. It is important to spend some time on the Lunchback app to fill in your professional goals - what are you looking for e.g. innovation, growth hacking, recruitement, industry etc. It is also important that you specify what you can offer to the community e.g. career advice, machine learning, SEO, marketing strategy. The better you describe your goals and offerings, the better match you will be getting. Dont worry too much, the match result will be moderated by human beings.
4. What if I can’t meet during the current time slots?
The lunch meeting will be set up on Thursday. You could always choose to reschedule the meeting at your own convenience. As long as you both agreed, you could meet anytime which suites you and your lunch partner better.
5. How much does the service cost?
You might get discount if you comne from some community
If you want to participate one time only : 99 SEK per time.
If you want to participate every single week (subscription) :299 SEK per month.
If you want to buy a Yearly subscription: 1999 SEK per year.
6. What if something comes up and I can’t make my meeting?
We recommend that you record your phone number in Lunchback app so the other party will be able to see the contact information when match is delivered prior to the meeting. You can always chat with your lunch partner via Lunchback app. Please let your lunch partner know as soon as you realize you’re not going to be able to make the meeting.
It takes you maximum 30 seconds to rechedule / cancel the meeting on the Lunchback App. We strongly recommend that you get in touch with your lunch partner prior to the meeting via email / chat / SMS.

8. What if I’m running late to a meeting?
Simply let them know if you are running late but do not keep them waiting for too long! You can get in touch with your lunch partner easily prior to the meeting via email / SMS.
9. Who is paying the lunch?
You are expected to pay for your own lunch.
10. Can Lunchback Premium service be used other cities in the world?
Not at the moment. The service is only operational in Stockholm, Sweden. We are working on expanding the service in other cities in the near future.
11. How do I opt-out of Lunchback Premium service?
If you no longer want to participate in the service, email email@example.com or simply unsubscribe from the mail-list.
12. Does this Lunchback Premium service come with a guarantee?
Yes, absolutely! You have run a lot of risk of trying different services but not for Lunchback Premium. We would like to make it risk-free for you and the memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
